“ My first time ordering from Romano's (ordered online). Best pizza I've had in Haverhill! It is Italian style vs Greek style, which I prefer. They have topping options most other places don't (i.e. roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and more). I also ordered the onion rings - fantastic; thick and crunchy! Everything arrived hot and fresh, slightly earlier than the estimated delivery time. Generous portions, reasonably priced. I'll be back :) ”

Though they were willing to offer a credit for their mistake, they knew I had really wanted the food. The crew here did the right thing and took the time during a crazed rush before closing and remake the dish, righting the wrong and keeping my business. Something as simple as this will keep me coming back for sure! I’m honesty not sure where these other poor reviews are coming from. These guys deserve much better than that.
